Kiramu is an iPhone app for your saved places. There is no Kiramu account.
Your lists
Your lists and places stay in the app. If you are signed in to iCloud, they sync through your own iCloud account, so you'll have them on your other devices. If you delete Kiramu, they come back when you reinstall.
If iCloud is off, they stay only on that phone.
Photos and tags
Photos and tags you add stay on your save of that place. List covers stay with your lists.
Location
Kiramu uses your location to show saved places near you on the map. You can keep using the app if you say no.
Sharing a place
When you share a link to Kiramu, the app reads the title and picture that link already shows, so it can fill in the save screen.
Import
If you import a Google Takeout file, Kiramu reads it on your phone.
